Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?
Vietnam: 1–3 business days.
International: 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking code as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 59 USD and selected international orders over 120 USD.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original condition. Please contact us before returning your item.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package. We will replace it or refund your order depending on the situation.

How can I check my order status?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once it ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at tamdaoworkspace@gmail.com and we’ll resend it.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Yes! During checkout, you can request gift wrapping and include a custom message. It’s perfect for birthdays or care packages.

Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes. All TDG Tea products are 100% caffeine-free, making them suitable for daily use, including in the evening or for sensitive individuals.
Do your teas contain any added sugar or preservatives?
Absolutely not. All our teas are crafted from natural herbs with no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavors — staying true to our “Tea Sip Free Sugar” principle.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
Our herbs and Shan Tuyet teas are harvested in the highlands of northern Vietnam, including Phình Hồ – a region known for its clean air, ancient tea trees, and native medicinal plants.
