Shipping Policy – TDG Tea

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed during peak seasons or holidays may require additional processing time. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable logistics partners including:

• Viettel Post, Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN), and EMS for domestic shipping

• DHL, UPS, or local postal services for international shipping

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TDG Tea is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or import duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at tamdaoworkspace@gmail.com. We will help coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. TDG Tea is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to address errors or refusal of delivery, we may deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
