Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at tamdaoworkspace@gmail.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Items must still be in unused condition with tags, packaging, and receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
